Sourdough Crumpets
Hand crafted using single origin Australian flour from Tamworth these crumpets boast a great holey texture and a complex depth of flavour.
(Best served toasted with lashings of butter and a drizzle of honey)
Raw Australian Honey
Pure Australian Honey collected from hives in Central NSW bushland. With a rich golden colour and sweet aroma, this honey has a mild floral flavour.
Flour and Stone’s Lamington
With vanilla sponge soaked in panacotta, a berry compote centre and dipped in dark chocolate and flaked coconut.
Single Origin Chocolate Block
Single origin milk chocolate (43%) made in Sydney with beans sourced from Venezuela. It has a strong cocoa taste with accents of nuts, vanilla, and caramel. Each bar is hand wrapped and finished with a velvet ribbon.
